ORBITAL

Frequently asked

Questions we hear a lot.

We're a revenue operations partner for behavioral health organizations. We figure out why the revenue system isn't performing, whether the problem sits in marketing, admissions, the CRM, or business development, and then we build the fix. We also stay through implementation instead of handing over a report and moving on.

We work best with multi-site behavioral health operators, regional PHP/IOP networks, and PE-backed treatment organizations that have infrastructure in place but systems that don't line up. Usually that looks like lead volume that isn't converting, or a CRM that leadership has stopped trusting.

For a full system rebuild, the starting point is a Tier 1 Revenue Systems Assessment. It runs about four weeks, maps your current workflows, identifies where the system breaks down, and produces a 90-180 day Revenue Operating Roadmap. The assessment stands on its own, and the fee counts toward Tier 2 if you continue. For narrower needs, Orbital Advisory projects don't require an assessment first.

Tier 2 is roughly twelve weeks of architecture, CRM implementation, workflow redesign, team alignment, and stabilization. From there, many clients use Orbital Advisory for on-demand support: quarterly reviews, CRM audits, and new site launches. Advisory is also open to organizations that never ran a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engagement.

All client-facing work, including discovery, stakeholder interviews, system design, and engagement leadership, is led directly by the founder. Technical execution uses vetted subcontractors working under Orbital BH oversight, so you're never managing external resources yourself.

No. Orbital BH provides business, operational, and advisory services only. We don't provide clinical services, treatment recommendations, compliance guidance, or guaranteed census and lead-generation outcomes.

Engagements operate under a Master Services Agreement and a project-specific Statement of Work defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where we access protected health information, we execute a BAA and/or QSOA before any access is provided.

Reach out for a short discovery conversation. Most first calls last about 30 minutes, and we'll tell you during that call whether we think we can help. If it looks like a fit, we'll propose a scope from there, either a Tier 1 assessment or a standalone Advisory project.
