Who we are

Orbital Behavioral Health Partners, LLC, doing business as Orbital and Orbital BH (“Orbital BH,” “we,” “us”), operates this website at https://orbitalbh.com. We provide business, operational, and advisory services to behavioral health organizations. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, organization, role, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes.

Please do not submit patient, client, or other protected health information through this website. This site is a business communication channel, and it is not intended or configured to receive PHI. Where an engagement involves access to protected health information, that access is governed by a Business Associate Agreement or QSOA executed before any access is provided, outside of this website.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate this site, and information passes through them to the extent needed to provide their services: Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (contact form delivery), Sanity (content management), and Google (analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms, and we choose vendors with reasonable security practices.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, and we delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, reach us through the contact form on this site and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
